Weekly bookings during the summer holiday season are made from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning.Weekend short breaks can start either on Friday or Saturday, depending on availability. and midweek breaks start on Monday (see below).

Ash and Birch cottages : £550 EACH - 8 Occupancy each - reduction for only 4 people or less
Short breaks are available outside HALF TERMS, EASTER, SUMMER, CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR WEEKS - Bank holiday weekends if free will be at week prices
Weekend breaks run from Friday to Monday morning. Midweek breaks run from Monday to Friday.
All above prices DO NOT include electric costs this is meter read and settled at the end of your stay and charged at standard rate - your central heating IS included in above price

Balance payable by BACS, cheque or cash on or before arrival.
Please note from October through to February Balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival Xmas and New Year 6 weeks
