ASH and BIRCH COTTAGEThey have a shared lawned garden with back doors onto
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin room, plus a bathroom with WC, basin and bath with fitted shower.


On the second floor there is another double room and a twin room with an airing cupboard.
BIRCH consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room and 1 double with single bed ( only really for a child) above it sleeping upto 9
Both cottages have a large decking area at the back then onto a lawned area.
Ash and Birch cottages are usually let as separate cottages, but a normally locked interconnecting door on the top floor between the bedrooms can be opened to link the two together to accommodate sixteen people in eight bedrooms.
CHESTNUT COTTAGE is a spacious two bedroom cottage.There large kitchen and dinning area on the ground floor leading into a lounge area. On the first floor there is a double and a twin room,
a bathroom with shower, WC, hand
basin and bath. Ideal for two or four people

ELM COTTAGE

The shared Utility Room has a tumble drier, washing machine, and additional freezer space for Ash and Birch cottages. Boots, wellingtons and waterproofs can be stored and dried in here if required.

We can provisionally hold telephone or e-mail bookings for up to seven days to allow time to send your deposit and booking form.We are now offering midweek breaks (Monday to Friday) for £495 for a large and £300 for a small cottage( see bookings and tariff page for discounts). Why not treat yourself to a relaxing four days in the country.
